Aims and Scope

The Journal of Nutrition Explorations (JNE) is an international peer-reviewed journal published by Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Surabaya, Indonesia. The journal aims to advance knowledge and promote scholarly discussion in the field of nutrition and related disciplines by publishing high-quality research, critical reviews, and scientific analyses.

The journal provides a platform for researchers, academics, health professionals, and policymakers to share innovative findings and evidence-based practices that contribute to the development of nutrition science and its applications in improving human health and well-being. The journal particularly encourages interdisciplinary research that integrates nutrition science with public health, clinical practice, food systems, and environmental sustainability.

The Journal of Nutrition Explorations publishes original research and review articles that address theoretical, methodological, and practical issues related to nutrition and health at local, national, and global levels.

    Nutrition management in hospitals, schools, and other institutions, as well as nutrition policy and program evaluation.

    Nutrition in infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, metabolic disorders, and nutrition-related health conditions.

The journal particularly encourages submissions that provide innovative approaches, strong methodological rigor, and practical implications for improving nutrition outcomes and public health worldwide.
