Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- The manuscript has been prepared according to the Author Guidelines of the Journal of Nutrition Explorations.
- The text uses a 12-point font and appropriate formatting, and all tables and figures are placed within the text at the appropriate points.
- The manuscript includes the following sections where applicable: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- References are written according to the Vancouver citation style, and where available, URLs or DOIs have been provided.
- The Ethical Statement and Copyright Statement will be uploaded as supplementary files during the submission process.
- For research involving human participants, ethical clearance from an appropriate ethics committee has been obtained and uploaded where applicable.
- All authors listed in the manuscript will be entered in the submission metadata during the submission process.
