International Conference on Nutrition (ICON) 2025 "Transformative Nutrition for a Sustainable Future: Innovations, Equity, and Global Health"

Nutrition science has undergone a major transformation as global challenges such as climate change, pandemics, food crises, and the rise of non-communicable diseases develop. The academic world and nutrition practitioners are faced with the demands to create innovation, strengthen equitable access to nutrition, and improve global health in a sustainable manner.

In order to strengthen the role of nutrition vocational education institutions in Indonesia in the global discourse, the Department of Nutrition of the Ministry of Health of Surabaya took the initiative to hold the International Conference on Nutrition (ICON) 2025 in collaboration with the Faculty of Life and Science, Management and Science University (MSU), Malaysia, and supported by AIPVOGI (Association of Indonesian Nutrition Vocational Higher Education Institutions).
